REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final:

All purchases of products and services from GovSource are non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final and no refunds will be issued, except where explicitly mentioned in a separate agreement.

Service Cancellations and Credits: For services that require scheduling, our credit policy is as follows:

• Cancellations More Than 7 Days Before Scheduled Event: You will be eligible for a credit equivalent to the amount of the purchase.
• Cancellations Within 7 Days of Scheduled Event: Credits are not automatically issued for cancellations within this period. However, our management team may consider such requests on a case-by-case basis.

Credit Redemption: Any credits granted due to service cancellations can be used for future bookings of our services. Please note that these credits cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable to other individuals or accounts.

Credit Approval Process: If you need to cancel within the 7-day window and wish to request a credit, kindly contact our customer support team at info@govsource.net. Our management team will carefully review each case before determining credit eligibility.
